The Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza, Congress Rd, Glasgow G3 8QT and the Exhibition at the SEC Scottish Event Campus (SEC) Glasgow, Exhibition Way, Glasgow G3 8YW
What is the Semi-Shell Scheme?
All Platinum, Gold and Silver stands will be supplied with a deep semi shell-scheme walling. This will help delineate the stand space. The actual stand space allocated will be dependent on the sponsorship package. The shell scheme is a modular system comprising of aluminium uprights and cross rails with a loop nylon Velcro-friendly panels.
The hall is already carpeted and each stand will receive a 500w socket, suitable for computers and lighting should you need it.
Please note that the Bronze stand is floor space only with no semi-shell scheme or socket.
Where should I collect my badge from?
Tuesday 19 November 2019
Registration and collection of badges will be available from the Argyll Foyer in the Crowne Plaza Hotel attached to the SEC. Registration will be open between 9am and 5pm.
Wednesday 20 November 2019
Registration and collection of badges will be available from inside Hall 5 in the SEC. Registration will be open between 9am and 3pm
Please wear your badge at all times during the Conference and the Welcome Dinner. You are not required to wear your badge to the Gala Dinner
You will not gain access to the Exhibition Hall without a badge.

How do I apply for the New Product Showcase?
The New Product Showcase entries are now closed
How do I propose my Conference Offer to NBG?
Conference Offers should be placed on the NBG Hub using the ‘Upload’ tool in a PDF document format. Once approved by your Category Management Team, they will then appear on the ‘Offers’ section of the Conference Website during the Event.
Full instructions and deadlines will be emailed to your nominated lead contact.
Is car parking available?
Car parking is available at your hotel as follows;

Located a 2 minute walk from the SEC.
£7.50 per 24hrs, vehicle to be registered with front desk or on IPad located in reception.
Parking is first come first served.
Radisson Red, Glasgow
Located in the West End adjacent to the SEC
£10 per 24hrs, ticket validated at reception.
Parking is first come first served.
Hilton Garden Inn, Glasgow
Located on the banks of the River Clyde next to the SEC.
£7.50 per 24 hours, please inform reception on check in
Parking is first come first served.
Premier Inn, Pacific Quay, Glasgow
A short walk cross Bell’s Bridge to the SEC.
£6 per 24hrs, please give car registration upon check in to reception.

Additional Parking
The multi-storey is operated by City Parking LLP. Onsite pay machines are on the ground floor, or level 2 (walkway level) of the car park. Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card on arrival or before departure. Tariff Rates in the multi-storey Monday to Sunday are:
0-1 hour £5.50
1-12 hours £11
12-13 hours £16
13-24 Hours £22
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the SEC, all you need to do is click on the free Wi-Fi from your device, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Is there a dress code?
Conference, Exhibition & Sessions: Business casual
Welcome Dinner: Smart casual
Gala Dinner: Lounge suits (men), formal dress or outfit (women), Highland Dress optional
Can I bring an extra delegate?
The deadline to add additional guests has passed and no more additional delegates can be added.
Can my Director just attend the Gala Dinner?
The Gala dinner is at full capacity and we are unable to extend our invitation to anyone who has not already registered.
Can I join the football team?
The Football is fully booked.
How do I make amendments to my booking?
Delegate places may be transferred to another person up until Tuesday 12th November. The modification can be made free of charge online via the NBG registration portal or by phone which will incur a £25.00 admin fee. After this date the change can only be made via phone with First Event and will incur a £50.00 administration charge.
Deadline for changes is Tuesday 12 November 2019. These must be made via your online account.
