You will be requested to complete a Hub Access Form in order to gain access to the website for yourself or an employee. In the first instance this form will be delivered to the Hub Administrator who will apply the permission and create the initial users. After the initial user creations, you may be able to create further users if your permissions allow. In such cases you can follow the instruction located within the Documents > User Guides > Guide 3 area of the Hub.

The nature of the NBG HUB being a communication platform for its Partners means it is essential for us to be able to email you on a regular basis with documents pertaining to NBG supplier deals and NBG administration documents. By accepting the terms and conditions of use you explicitly provide NBG with permission to send you such communications as deemed important by the NBG administrators to your registered email address. You can alter the frequency of emailed documents by altering your account setting.

How do I withdraw my consent?

Ebiz are governed by a legally binding contract which secures all information on the system and protects the partners from their information being misused by a third party. All data is stored through a dedicated data storage service secured on a server behind a firewall.

SECTION 4 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

If you leave a Partner business, or the Partner business leaves the National Buying Group LLP, your access to the NBG website will be immediately revoked.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
